A coarse grind of our Coffee Emporium House Blend is steeped in water to brew for 4 minutes. The coffee grounds are then removed from the coffee by a filter plunger which presses the grounds to the bottom of the plunger glass. A richer more intense version of the Lungo or Long Black.
