Latin America produces the vast majority of the world's coffee. Coffee from Latin America typically displays very good balance, medium body and a clean finish. In the cups flavours generally are of a nuts, cocoa and soft spice type. Farms in the region usually use a “washed” processing method which results in the consistent flavour profiles.
