John Ayoub

John is the Founder of The Coffee Emporium and has over 25 years experience in the coffee business initially as a Barista and then as a barista/trainer at a major coffee company where he became head of Barista Training and finally as a roaster and founder of The Coffee Emporium.

John believes the quality of the coffee is the difference between The Coffee Emporium and other coffee outlets and vows he will never forget about the importance of the quality of the product and the training required to provide the Baristas with the tools and skills needed to consistently make great coffee drinks.

Sam Ayoub

Sam watched and provided advice to John as the first Coffee Emporium store thrived. Sam has extensive retail and franchise experience and is a founding partner with John in The Coffee Emporium. He also operates his own franchised Coffee Emporium store.
