Loyalty App Terms & Conditions
1) By registering and/or using your Crown Count program (‘Loyalty’), you consent to the terms of this agreement.
2) The Crown Count app is issued to you by The Coffee Emporium. It offers a reward based on beverages purchased to use in Australian The Coffee Emporium cafés. We reserve the right to change these amounts at any time by notifying you by email, or by changing the terms and conditions on our website.
3) Any complimentary hot beverages offered in the program are only valid as one small size standard hot beverage. Any complimentary cold beverages are only valid as one regular size standard cold beverage. To claim, visit a Coffee Emporium coffee house and present your loyalty app to claim. Complimentary beverages are valid for 300 days.
3) From time to time, we may send you additional offers or discounts. Please note that the promotion is only valid until the date stated in the voucher. You can only claim the offer once. Visit a The Coffee Emporium coffee house and present your registered loyalty app to claim.
4) While every endeavour will be made in store to ensure Loyalty rewards are correctly awarded, The Coffee Emporium takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting rewards onto The Coffee Emporium app.
5) We reserve the following rights:
(a) not to accept a Loyalty app should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful;
(b) to verify the validity of Loyalty memberships, including registration and entitlement to any discount, rewards and redemption of rewards (including the identity or age of any member)
6) Should a password be lost or forgotten, Loyalty members should go to the Coffee Emporium website or app. Their password will then be sent to their nominated email address.
7) The Coffee Emporium reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Loyalty member program at any time by notifying members through email or website.
